About the Role:

As a Behavioral Therapy Technician, you’ll deliver 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in a clinical setting—and occasionally in-home—helping children reach meaningful milestones and gain lifelong skills.

What You’ll Do:
- Work 1:1 with clients using evidence-based ABA strategies
- Implement behavior and skill acquisition plans created by a BCBA or BCaBA
- Accurately observe and record behaviors and progress
- Complete detailed and timely session notes
- Collaborate with your therapy team to support consistent client progress
- Maintain the highest ethical standards under the BACB Code of Ethics
- Participate in team meetings, trainings, and ongoing learning opportunities
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Psychology, Education, Social Work, or related field (preferred)
- Experience with children or individuals with special needs (preferred)
- ABA or paraprofessional experience (highly valued)
- Must pass a background check and possess a valid driver’s license
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is a plus and offers higher pay
Physical Requirements:
- Active engagement with clients, including play-based learning
- Ability to sit, kneel, squat, run, and lift up to 50 lbs during therapy sessions
- Maintain focus and attention to client safety at all times
