The Opportunity
Lapstone Construction is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and dependable Office Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our growing construction and development company.
The Office Manager will serve as a central point of coordination for the office, leadership team, project managers, field personnel, vendors, subcontractors, clients, and other business partners. This is an important role for someone who enjoys creating order, improving systems, keeping teams accountable, and helping a fast-paced construction business operate efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Office & Administrative Operations
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Lapstone office and maintain an organized, professional work environment.
- Coordinate payments, change order requests and communications with clients to ensure efficiencies.
Construction & Project Administration
- Assist with organizing project documentation, contracts, proposals, invoices, change orders, permits, insurance documents, and other project records.
- Help track project-related paperwork and ensure documentation is completed and properly communicated.
- Maintain accurate records and help ensure important deadlines and follow-ups are not missed.
Vendor, Subcontractor & Financial Coordination
- Serve as a professional point of contact for vendors, subcontractors, clients, consultants, and other external partners.
- Communicate professionally and promptly with clients and project partners.
- Assist with expense tracking, credit card reconciliation, and receipt management.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in office management, administrative operations, construction administration, real estate, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional and confident communication with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and team members.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Comfortable working with digital filing systems, spreadsheets, calendars, and project-management platforms.
- Construction or real estate experience is strongly preferred.
The salary offered ranges between $54,000 - $65,000 per year with benefits.
Pay: $54,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
