Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Housekeeper to generate leads and manage the operations of Sparkly Fresh. In this novel role, you will lead seek out leads, coordinate with clients, and run operations. You will also be responsible for staffing cleaners if you generate enough leads that you are not able to handle on your own. Overall, we want an all-star, dynamic leader, capable of growing our operations. This role can start from 0 hours a week to 40; the growth strategy will matter once we start a conversation!
Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: leverage old customers and seek out new ones
- Client Onboarding: manage communications and coordination with clients
- Operations Execution: conduct cleaning jobs to perfection to ensure retention
