Accelerated Logistics Inc, is hiring (1) Full Time Invoicing Specialist to join our Accounting Team.
Fast paced, well established, 3rd Party Logistics Company in Tulsa, OK with a large customer base. We've been in business over 25 years and are primarily focused in the domestic trucking industry. Our team thrives on efficiency, speed and accuracy. Centrally located in Tulsa near 41st & Mingo. This is a Full Time position $20/hr. Serious inquiries only!
Responsibilities and Skills Required:
Process high-volume invoices accurately in our trucking software that works with QuickBooks. Entering ACH information. Sending out invoices to customers, creating invoices in TMS systems.
Audit shipping documents, rate confirmations and bill of ladings.
Investigate billing discrepancies proactively by contacting carriers.
Think outside the box to resolve missing paperwork, payment and other issues independently.
Maintain clean digital records of all financial transactions.
Assist with various other accounting related tasks such as W9s/1099s.
Answer questions related to payment status, remittance requests, etc.
Experience 2+ years of dedicated invoicing or billing experience.
Proven proficiency with QuickBooks Online
Razor-sharp attention to detail and strong resourcefulness.
Knowledge of factoring companies highly preferred.
Pay: $19.99 - $20.00 per hour
