Job Summary:
The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for preparing, packing, and shipping orders in a timely and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Duties/Responsibilities:

Order Fulfillment: Prepare and package customer orders according to company specifications to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Shipping & Labeling: Affix shipping labels, ensure proper documentation, and prepare packages for shipping via various carriers ( UPS, FedEx, etc.).
- Inventory Management:Assist in tracking inventory levels, ensuring materials and supplies are stocked and available for shipping.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of orders , shipments. And inventory movements.

Quality Control:Perform quality checks on outgoing orders to ensure all items are correctly packaged, labeled and documented.
- Safety and Cleanliness:Adhere to all safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized environment.
- Other Dutties as assigned: Assist with warehouse tasks and other duties as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the shipping department.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Ability to ensure accuracy in picking, packing, and inventory management.

Ability to work collaboratively with others to achieve common goals.

Ability to count and track inventory, as well as organize products efficiently.

Familiarity with warehouse safety protocols, including the safe use of equipment.

Experience using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment is a plus.

Ability to understand instructions and communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Prior experience in a warehouse.

Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Excel.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift heavy items (up to 20 lbs.) and stand or move for long periods.

Typically works indoors in a warehouse setting.

The role requires physical labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

Required to climb a ladder upwards of 12 feet.

Long periods of standing.

Warehouse environment with exposure to varying temperatures and noise levels.
