AAA Industries is looking for an experienced Davenport Screw Machine Operator to join our small, experienced manufacturing team.
We're looking for someone who knows how to run high-volume, multi-spindle automatic screw machines, can troubleshoot problems, and takes pride in producing quality parts. AAA Industries is a family-owned company that has been manufacturing precision screw machine parts for more than 50 years.
What You'll Do
- Operate high-volume, multi-spindle automatic screw machines
- Monitor machines and production to maintain quality and productivity
- Troubleshoot machine and production issues
- Perform machine setups and part changeovers when qualified
- Inspect parts and ensure they meet production and quality requirements
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience operating multi-spindle automatic screw machines
- Experience with Davenport, Acme Gridley, and/or New Britain machines
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Ability to perform setups and part changeovers is preferred
- Machine rebuild experience is a plus
- Dependable, hardworking, and able to work well as part of a small team
- Takes pride in producing quality work
Schedule & Compensation
- Full-time

- Paid overtime

- $20-$25/hour depending on experience
