Montgomery Automotive Group is looking for an experienced fast paced Automotive Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, building a great sales team, and helping with all day to day management needs. The ideal candidate should have a strong knowledge of the automotive industry, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping customers. The Automotive Sales Manager will also be responsible for meeting sales targets and managing inventory.
Responsibilities:
- Planning and directing the hiring and training of new Sales Representatives
- Directing and coordinating all sales activities
- Tracking and analyzing sales statistics
- Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service
- Serving as the face of the organization to internal and external partners
- Making data-informed decisions to drive performance and resource allocation
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients
- Setting sales quotas and goals
- Overseeing and directing performance of the sales team
- Identifying new sales opportunities
- Executing sales plans
Requirements:
- Valid drivers license.
- Prior experience as a high volume automotive sales manager.
- Experience with Kia and/or Chevrolet is not required but is a plus.
- Ability to stay organized, multitask, delegate tasks, and manage employees.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with both customers and employees.
- Ability to create and maintain relationships with both employees and customers.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
