**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Gymnastics Instructor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in teaching basic to intermediate gymnastics skills. The Gymnastics Instructor will play a critical role in developing and delivering engaging and challenging lessons, ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment for all students. The successful candidate will have the ability to adapt to diverse needs and provide individualized support to students.
**Responsibilities:**
- Create and implement lesson plans that cater to students of varying skill levels and abilities, including those with special needs.
- Provide individualized feedback and guidance to students, helping them to improve their dance skills and build confidence.
- Manage classroom dynamics, ensuring a safe and respectful environment for all students.
- Participate in school events, performances, and recitals, helping to foster a sense of community among students and staff.
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor, serving as a role model for students.
**Skills:**
- Experience working with preschool age to elementary age students.
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans, adapting to diverse needs and abilities.
- Effective classroom management skills, ensuring a safe and respectful environment for all students.

Job Type: Contract
Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
