Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Construction Runner / Field Assistant to support our remodeling projects and daily operations. This role is ideal for someone who understands construction basics, have problem-solving skills and wants to grow within a professional construction company.
Responsibilities
- Pick up and deliver construction materials, tools, and supplies
- Support project managers and field crews on active job sites
- Help maintain clean and organized work areas
- Assist with demolition, installation, and general remodeling tasks
- Coordinate errands between suppliers, warehouses, and job sites
- Identify and help solve minor job-site issues proactively
- Communicate clearly with team members and clients when needed
Skills
- Fluent in both English and Spanish
- Valid California driver’s license with reliable transportation
- Familiar with safety , basic construction and remodeling work
- Previous experience in residential remodeling preferred
- Must own basic construction tools
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to work
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Able to lift materials and work in active construction environments
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with kitchens, bathrooms, drywall, painting,flooring, or finish work
Knowledge of Bay Area construction suppliers and material handling
Clean driving record
