Residential Locations: Schwenksville, PA.
Shifts: We are in need of one person to work overnights and one person Monday-Friday:
Overnight Weekend Only Schedule:
Friday-9pm to 12pm Saturday
Saturday-8pm-12pm Sunday
Weekday Schedule:
Monday-Friday-3:30pm-9pm
Responsibilities:
- Teaching important life skills such as decision-making, planning, and socializing.
- Helping adults achieve their life goals.
- Carrying out behavioral treatment plans and medical protocols.
- Aiding with activities of daily living-personal hygiene, meal preparation, money management, and housekeeping.
- Communicating with residents, families, and team members.
- Transporting and accompanying individuals to appointments and community/social events.
- Helping individuals become integral members of their communities.
Qualifications:
- 18 years of age or older
- Valid Driver's License
- High school diploma or GED
- At least one year of experience working directly with individuals who have behavioral health concerns.
- Must agree with person centered planning principles.
- Personality based on kindness, caring, and respect
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
