NTX Motorworks is looking for an experienced and motivated Body Shop Manager to join our growing team. We are a fast-paced collision, customization, wrap, tint, and automotive restyling facility looking for someone who can lead production, manage customer communication, and keep shop operations running efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day body shop operations
- Coordinate repair scheduling and production flow
- Communicate with insurance companies and customers
- Write and review repair estimates
- Monitor repair quality and cycle times
- Order parts and track repair progress
- Lead and support technicians and shop staff
- Ensure vehicles are delivered on time with high-quality standards
- Handle customer updates and follow-ups throughout the repair process
Qualifications:
- Previous collision/body shop management experience required
- Experience with CCC ONE or estimating software preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of insurance repair procedures
- Team leadership and customer service experience
- Valid driver’s license required
