We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. You will prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, while ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

- Greet customers and take their drink orders
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Check identification to ensure legal drinking age
- Upsell additional food and beverage items to enhance the guest experience
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Monitor alcohol consumption and prevent over-intoxication
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the bar
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures

- Retail math: Ability to calculate prices, discounts, and change accurately
- Brewing: Knowledge of different beer styles, brewing techniques, and beer pairing recommendations
- Catering: Experience in providing beverage service for catered events or banquets
- Hospitality: Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Basic math: Proficiency in basic mathematical calculations for measuring ingredients and handling cash transactions
- Food safety: Understanding of proper food handling procedures to maintain cleanliness and prevent contamination
- Food service: Knowledge of restaurant operations, including order taking, serving, and table clearing
- Banquet: Familiarity with banquet service procedures, including setting up bars, serving large groups, and managing drink orders efficiently
- POS (Point of Sale) systems: Experience using POS systems to process orders, track sales, and manage inventory accurately
- Restaurant: Understanding of restaurant etiquette, including table service standards, menu knowledge, and teamwork
