Job Description
Manage all daily residential operations
Train and support BHT team in all operations and responsibilities
Escalate any concerns or crises to Lead Behavioral Health Technician
Oversee client engagement for a positive recovery environment

Qualifications
High School diploma or GED preferred
Valid driver's license and CPR certification preferred
If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety is required.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
