Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Multi-Location General Manager to lead our diesel truck and trailer repair operations across multiple sites. Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate operations across multiple repair shop locations to ensure seamless service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to grow business revenue, improve profit margins, and expand market presence.
- Oversee profit & loss management by analyzing financial reports, controlling costs, and optimizing resource allocation.
- Manage large teams through effective team management, leadership development, and supervising performance to foster a motivated work environment.
- Drive process improvements utilizing lean management principles to enhance workflow, reduce waste, and increase productivity.
- Establish strong customer relationships by ensuring high-quality service standards and resolving escalated issues promptly.
- Utilize Excel data analysis tools to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), identify trends, and inform strategic decisions.
- Coordinate project management initiatives for facility upgrades, equipment maintenance, or new service offerings.
- Lead business development efforts by identifying new opportunities for growth within existing markets or new territories.
- Maintain compliance with safety regulations and industry standards across all locations to ensure a safe working environment.
Skills
- Proven management experience with a track record of leading multi-site operations in the automotive or heavy-duty vehicle repair industry.
- Strong financial management skills including profit & loss analysis, budgeting, and cost control strategies.
- Knowledge of commercial truck & trailer service and parts industry.
- Proficiency in Excel data analysis for reporting trends, forecasting, and operational insights.
- Excellent project management capabilities with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Strategic thinking combined with hands-on operational expertise to drive business growth and process improvements.
- Effective team management skills with experience in developing leadership talent at all levels of the organization.
- Superior managerial communication skills to motivate staff, coordinate teams, and liaise with executive leadership.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
