Analytical Lab Tech - Cincinnati, OH
Pay: $20/hour
Shift: M-F/ 900AM-5:00PM
- Review batch tickets
- Read, understand and follow
- Gather and weigh ingredients (scale operation); combine ingredients in designated sequence
- Provide samples to lab; preliminary quality checks
- Pack product into designated containers
- Ingredient traceability
- Report near miss incidents and improvement
- Equipment cleaning; plant cleaning and waste disposal
- Forklift operation; labeling containers
- Tub washer
- Stock rotation (minimizing partial containers)
- SAP inventory look-up; SAP CORK duties; SAP Cycle count duties
- Participate actively in all plant safety initiatives, programs and training
- Follow all standard operating procedures with respect to performance of position
- Stays updated on all applicable
High School Diploma or GED
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Repeatedly lifting 55 lbs
- Stand for long periods of time
- Experience with forklift
PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Comprehension of SAP
- Industry experience with batch manufacturing
- 1+ years of experience in a production/manufacturing environment
