Join KeepsakeMom, a growing studio specializing in fine-detail, handcrafted production for resin keepsake jewelry.
This role focuses on creating small, precision components using resin and finishing techniques, working within repeatable studio processes in a clean, hands-on environment. Training is provided, and prior jewelry experience is not required.
What You’ll Do
- Produce resin-based keepsake jewelry, including rings, pendants, earrings, and other custom designs.
- Handle casting, sanding, polishing, assembly, and finishing of acrylic resin jewelry components.
- Maintain exceptional attention to detail and quality standards on every piece.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe studio environment.
We work with pre-cast settings; this role focuses on resin components rather than metal fabrication.

- Excellent hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills for small, delicate, and precise work.
- A passion for craftsmanship and creating meaningful, keepsake-quality products.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of production tasks.
- Comfortable using small tools, polishing equipment, and light machinery.
This is hands-on, detailed work performed in a production studio environment with an emphasis on consistency and quality, and speed.
Compensation
- Competitive pay based on experience and skill set.

- Initial 90-day probationary period
- Formal performance and craftsmanship check-in at 60 days
