The Lonely Entrepreneur is on a mission to help entrepreneurs start, grow, and scale their businesses through practical solutions, coaching, community, and support.
We are launching the Entrepreneur Success Network, a national network of partners who introduce entrepreneurs to TLE solutions and earn commissions for helping entrepreneurs access the support they need.

Position Overview
We are seeking an entrepreneurial leader to build, manage, and grow the Entrepreneur Success Network.
This person will be responsible for recruiting partners, activating partners, driving engagement, increasing revenue, and helping thousands of entrepreneurs gain access to TLE solutions.
This is part community builder, part business development leader, part affiliate manager, and part entrepreneur evangelist.

Responsibilities
- Recruit new Entrepreneur Success Network partners
- Onboard and train partners
- Run weekly Partner Calls
- Support partner success and engagement
- Develop recruiting and activation campaigns
- Track partner performance and revenue
- Identify top-performing partners and help them scale
- Coordinate with TLE marketing and sales teams
- Drive referrals into TLE solutions
- Grow the size and quality of the network
Success Metrics
- Network revenue generated
- Number of active partners
- Number of entrepreneurs referred
- Number of entrepreneurs helped
- Conversion to TLE solutions
- Growth of partner engagement
Qualifications
- Experience building affiliate, referral, ambassador, partner, or community programs
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Organized and highly accountable
- Comfortable leading groups and virtual meetings
- Passion for helping entrepreneurs
Compensation
- Base Salary: $60,000-$80,000
- Revenue-based commissions
- Performance bonuses tied to:
- Network revenue
- Active partner growth
- Entrepreneur participation
If successful, total compensation can significantly exceed base salary.
