Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Kitchen Cabinet Designer Sales Associate to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will serve as the key point of contact for clients seeking custom kitchen solutions, guiding them through the design and selection process while delivering exceptional customer service. Your expertise in layout design, renovation, and construction sales will help clients transform their spaces into functional and stylish environments. This position offers an exciting opportunity to combine creative design skills with strong sales acumen, ensuring client satisfaction from initial consultation to project completion.
Duties
- Engage with customers to understand their kitchen remodeling needs, preferences, and budget constraints through active listening and effective communication.
- Utilize technical proficiency in SketchUp, CAD, and lighting design software to create accurate and appealing layout plans tailored to each client’s space.
- Present product demos, merchandising options, and lighting solutions that align with client visions while emphasizing high-end sales opportunities through upselling techniques.
- Build lasting customer relationships by providing expert advice on remodeling, fixture sales, maintenance, and construction materials.
- Negotiate pricing, deal closing terms, and project timelines to ensure mutually beneficial agreements that drive sales growth.
- Manage inside sales processes using CRM systems and POS tools to track leads, follow-ups, and sales progress efficiently.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for installation schedules, stock management, and quality assurance during remodeling projects.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales within the remodeling or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of layout design software such as SketchUp, CAD, or similar technical tools.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing high-end sales deals.
- Familiarity with renovation processes, construction experience, or interior design is highly desirable.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse clientele effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, CRM systems, POS systems, and basic math skills for accurate measurements and estimates.
- Exceptional communication skills with a focus on customer service and client relationship building.
- Ability to handle stock management tasks such as merchandising and stocking efficiently.

Pay: $47,872.98 - $57,653.48 per year
