Self360 Medical & Wellness is looking for a professional, reliable, and motivated Family Nurse Practitioner to join our growing medical practice in Plantation, Florida.

Candidates should be located within a reasonable commuting distance of Plantation, FL, preferably within 20–30 minutes, to support reliable in-person availability.

Requirements:
- Active Family Nurse Practitioner license
- Autonomous APRN status
- Spanish and English required
- Experience billing medical insurances
- Strong documentation skills
- Ability to work independently
- Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Multiple state licenses are a plus
This is a part-time 1099 position to start, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role as the practice continues to expand.
