This is a full-time, on-site role for a Bilingual Parts Consultant supporting operations at Lucki Mazda of Woodbridge. In this role, you will assist customers, technicians, and internal departments with identifying, sourcing, and managing automotive parts while helping deliver a trustworthy, high-quality customer experience.

Assist customers and service technicians with locating and ordering automotive parts

Maintain accurate inventory records and support inventory organization

Process parts orders, invoices, and related documentation accurately

Communicate with vendors and suppliers regarding availability, pricing, and delivery timelines

Assist with receiving, stocking, labeling, and organizing incoming parts shipments

Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient parts department

Support internal departments with timely parts fulfillment and coordination

Assist customers professionally in person, over the phone, and through digital communication channels
