Hyatt Technical Services, Inc. is seeking a dependable, organized, hands-on Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator to support our security and life-safety construction and service teams. This position keeps material and daily logistics moving by receiving and tracking material, preparing it for the field, making deliveries, maintaining organized warehouse/storage areas, and supporting fleet and facility needs.
What You Will Do
- Receive shipments; verify material against packing slips/order confirmations; report shortages, damage, or incorrect items promptly.
- Enter, label, organize, store, and track received material in the company inventory/project system.
- Pull, stage, issue, and prepare material for technicians, subcontractors, projects, and service calls.
- Deliver and pick up material, tools, and equipment between the office, vendors, technicians, and project sites using a company vehicle.
- Process approved returns and RMAs, including packing, labeling, documentation, and shipment coordination.
- Keep the warehouse, shop, shelves, shipping areas, and project connexes clean, safe, organized, and usable.
- Assist the Office Manager with vehicle maintenance/repair logistics and follow-up on fleet issues.
- Perform light facility/shop maintenance and assist with approved repair-vendor access or coordination.
- Communicate material, delivery, vehicle, or facility problems early before they affect a project or customer.
What We Are Looking For
- Reliable, self-directed, organized, and able to follow assigned work through without constant supervision.
- Comfortable using computers, inventory/project software, and mobile applications.
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record; able to safely operate company trucks and vans.
- Ability to safely lift and carry up to 70 lbs. and perform regular warehouse, delivery, and material-handling work.
- Forklift experience preferred; company-required training/certification must be completed before independent operation.
- Warehouse, shipping/receiving, construction-material, electrical, low-voltage, delivery, or similar experience preferred, but not required for the right candidate.
- Occasional travel within Texas may be required.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
