We are a privately owned company contracted with FedEx Corp out of the Wilmington, MA FedEx Terminal.
We are URGENTLY seeking FULL TIME Delivery Drivers to deliver & pickup packages from local businesses & residences in Metropolitan Boston. This is a highly urban route.

Delivery Driver Pay:
- $235 per day (after training)
- Paid training at $200 per day
- Opportunity for Bonuses
- Weekly pay via Direct Deposit
5 day work schedule - which may include a weekend day- a 6th work day may be offered, depending on demand. ex) Tue>Sat., Mon>Sat.
Route duration depends on driver efficiency, so hours may vary depending on how quickly the route is completed.
Delivery Driver Benefits:
- 40 hrs sick time after 3 months
- PTO - 3 days/24 hrs avail. upon hire (5 days/40 hrs after 1st year)

Delivery Driver Qualifications:
- Must have 6+ months of commercial STEP-VAN driving experience
- be at least 21 years of age
- have a valid Driver’s License (MVR will be checked)
- pass a background check (no cost to you)
- immediately pass a DOT physical & drug test (no cost to you) - safety sensitive position
- be able to handle LARGE and/or HEAVY packages up to 150 lbs with the help of a hand truck.
- be able to climb stairs and work in all weather conditions
- must fluently speak, read and understand English
- have a working smart phone & willing to use it on the job for GPS & communication

Delivery Driver Responsibilities - include but not limited to:
- Inspect and monitor delivery vehicle
- Finish loading/sort vehicle according to assigned route for the day
- Safely & timely complete assigned stops/packages
Delivery Driver / Mechanic – Wilmington ↔ Quincy - $300/day
We’re also looking for a dependable, flexible team member who can support both delivery driving and mechanical work. This position involves regular travel between our Wilmington and Quincy locations as part of the daily workflow. $300/day.
