Overview
We’re looking for a compassionate and dedicated therapist to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to provide meaningful, high-quality care to adults, teens, and couples using a variety of approaches, always tailored to meet each client’s unique story and needs. The ideal candidate is grounded in strong clinical training and carries a genuine heart for fostering healing and wellness in a supportive, collaborative environment.

The Work You’ll Do
- Empower Clients: Provide meaningful therapy to adults, teens, and couples, helping them navigate life’s challenges and discover new ways of being.
- Grow & Thrive: Access ongoing professional development, including EMDR and couples therapy training.
- Collaborate & Create: Be part of a team that shares insights, supports each other, and builds something bigger than ourselves.
Does this Sound Like You?
- You’re a licensed therapist (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, etc.) with a Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
- You believe in evidence-based practices but also know that true healing comes from connection.
- You’re trained in EMDR (or actively working toward it), and if you have couples therapy experience, even better!
- You lead with warmth, compassion, and a deep commitment to centering your clients’ needs.
- You thrive when you’re part of a supportive team, where collaboration and authenticity matter more than competition.
- You’re comfortable with the basics of technology (Google Suite, Jane App)
- And if you speak Urdu or Hindi? That’s a beautiful bonus, as it helps us expand the culturally responsive care our community deserves.
