Dogtopia of Bloomington, the industry leader in dog daycare, boarding, and spa services has an immediate opening for an energetic, organized, professional individual to join and lead our team as a full-time shift manager. This is a key role within our business and we work hard to deliver top customer service and ensure a great environment for the dogs in our care.
Applicant must be available for shift times from 6:30am to 2pm and 12pm to 7:30pm as well as some weekends.

Responsibilities:
Administrative work
- Checking customers in/out and collecting payment
- Give tours of the facility
- Answer phone calls and emails
- Scheduling appointments in our point of sale programs
- Properly communicate information to customers
- Multitasking is critical!
Operational work
- Occasionally work and constantly monitor playrooms to maintain a safe level of play for dogs in an open play environment
- Monitor canine coaches to ensure proper protocols are being followed consistently
- Training and teaching our standards to new and existing employees
- Cleaning the playrooms, spa, and facility
