We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Physician Liaison to join our team in Plano, TX, providing coverage across our Dallas/Fort Worth and Lubbock, TX markets in a hybrid capacity. This is a relationship-driven business development role: you'll be the face of FST in the community, building trust with referring physicians and turning those relationships into referral growth and market share. The Physician Liaison leverages market intelligence, referral data, competitive insights, and relationship-building activities to identify growth opportunities and drive business results.
Roughly 60% of your time is spent on physician outreach, referral development, and market growth initiatives, while the remaining 40% supports local marketing execution, community engagement, reputation management, events, and patient conversion efforts. You'll report to the Director of Marketing with accountability to the clinic Executive Director.
The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, data-driven, and capable of independently managing a territory while partnering closely with physicians, operations, and marketing teams. You bring strong interpersonal and public communication skills, business acumen, and a natural relationship-builder's instinct, using market intelligence and strategic outreach to grow market share locally and regionally. Comfort with data analysis and using KPIs to measure and shape strategy is essential.

Build and nurture relationships with referring physicians, practice groups, and community partners to drive referral volume across your territory.

Develop and execute a territory growth plan, prioritizing target accounts and market expansion opportunities.

Represent FST at physician-focused events such as lunch-and-learns, grand rounds, and conferences, establishing our physicians as trusted experts.

Track referral trends and market intelligence, using data to shape strategy and report progress to leadership.

Partner with marketing on local content, community engagement, and reputation management to support patient conversion.

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred.

Healthcare business development or marketing experience preferred; pharmaceutical sales or women's health background a plus.

A confident, comfortable communicator in public and one-on-one settings, with a natural instinct for building and sustaining relationships, who can independently manage a territory and translate data into strategy.

Comfortable with regional travel, including overnight; valid driver's license and active insurance required.
This is a hybrid, full-time, exempt position working Monday through Friday, daytime business hours, with occasional contribution to company events outside of business hours, including occasional weekends. The role requires travel within the Dallas/Fort Worth and Lubbock region, including overnight travel to neighboring regions.
