Full Time, Temp to Perm, 1st Shift Bilingual( English and Spanish) Quantity Control Supervisor needed in Racine, WI
Hours: 1st 6:30 - 3:00 - 30 minute unpaid lunch and 10 minute paid break
Pay: $20-$24 BOE
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise all QC Techs
- Serve as primary contact for QC questions, minor issues, and daily support
- Monitor performance, accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to established procedures
- Provide on the spot coaching and feedback when needed
- Conduct audits of QC logs, inspections, and documentation for accuracy
- Maintain all quality documentation
- Ability to work on line as needed
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in Quality Control Lead/Supervisor in a manufacturing setting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Efficiency with Microsoft Suite
- High School diploma, technical school, or equivalent required
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
