Responsible for driving the delivery of core control processes and enablement across Shared Services, which includes KYC, Operational Administration, and other regulatory functions. In addition, this senior leader will be responsible for defining the strategic uplift of the Shared Services Operating Model, including the technology and operations efficiency program. This leader will provide active direction to achieve organizational strategy through a variety of means including, but not limited to executing strategic opportunities and alignment, driving cross-functional execution and cost savings. The successful candidate will be a highly skilled management executive with a proven ability to develop high impact analytical strategies, govern, and deliver large and complex technology-enabled programs in a matrixed organization.
Required Qualifications*

Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent

10+ years’ experience in Banking Services or related functions, with a minimum of 5 years supervisory experience.

5+ years of experience with regulatory requirements.

5+ years of experience operational efficiency initiatives, systems development, and project management related disciplines such as quality management, financial management and organization change management.

Compensation
Starting base salary: $127,626 - $237,014 per year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. This job is eligible for bonus and/or commissions.
