We are looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Administrative & Customer Service Representative to join our Milwaukee team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and learning how a manufacturing business operates.
No manufacturing experience is required. We are willing to train the right person who has a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
What You’ll Do
- Answer phones and respond to customer emails and inquiries
- Enter and process customer orders accurately
- Communicate with customers regarding orders, schedules, and general questions
- Prepare and maintain paperwork, records, and administrative documents
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating information between customers and internal departments
- Follow up on orders and help resolve routine customer questions or issues
- Enter information into company systems and maintain accurate records
- Provide general administrative support to the office and manufacturing team
- Learn our products, processes, and systems to better assist our customers

Prior customer service, office, or administrative experience is helpful but not required. Manufacturing experience is also not required. We will provide training to the right candidate.
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
