About the Role
We’re looking for an Event Operations & Cvent Coordinator who thrives on organization, loves systems, enjoys solving puzzles, and understands that the smallest details often make the biggest difference.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to make events run flawlessly while embracing technology that improves efficiency and elevates the client experience.
You’ll play a critical role in managing attendee registration, Cvent websites, faculty coordination, travel logistics, accreditation support, and onsite conference operations.

What You’ll DoCvent Management
· Build, manage, and optimize Cvent registration websites
· Configure registration paths, pricing, sessions, emails, confirmations, and reporting
· Maintain attendee registration accuracy
· Generate reports and dashboards for clients and internal teams
· Troubleshoot attendee registration issues
· Perform quality assurance testing before launch
· Recommend process improvements and efficiencies within Cvent
· Ensure every registration experience reflects the DeMarse standard
Technology & Innovation
At DeMarse, we believe technology should enhance relationships, not replace them.

You will:
· Utilize AI powered tools to improve efficiency and productivity
· Learn, test, and implement new software and technology platforms
· Identify opportunities to automate repetitive processes while maintaining exceptional quality
· Stay current on Cvent enhancements, event technology, and industry best practices
· Share ideas that improve efficiency, communication, and the attendee experience
· Help keep DeMarse Meetings & Events at the forefront of innovation
Faculty & Speaker Management
· Coordinate communications with speakers and faculty
· Track presentations, disclosures, and required documentation
· Monitor deadlines and accreditation requirements
· Ensure all materials are complete and compliant
· Support faculty before, during, and after events
Registration & Travel Coordination
· Manage attendee and faculty registrations
· Coordinate hotel reservations and rooming lists
· Track travel arrangements and changes
· Respond promptly to attendee questions
· Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the planning process
Conference Operations
Travel to approximately 5 to 8 conferences annually, based on client portfolio, where you’ll:
· Manage registration operations
· Welcome attendees, speakers, exhibitors, and sponsors
· Assist with conference logistics
· Solve onsite challenges with professionalism and confidence
· Represent DeMarse Meetings & Events with warmth, confidence, and excellence

Required Qualifications
· Two to five years of event planning, meeting management, hospitality, or conference management experience
· Hands on experience building and managing Cvent registration websites is required
· Strong Microsoft Excel skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Outstanding organizational and time management abilities
· Exceptional attention to detail
· Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
· Passion for learning new technology, AI tools, and event platforms
· Willingness to travel throughout the United States and internationally, with flexibility to support conferences requiring evenings, weekends, early mornings, and occasional extended workdays

Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $60,000 to $68,000 annually, based on experience
