The Administration Project Specialist provides administrative, operational, and project coordination and support to ensure projects are completed efficiently, on time, and within budget. This role is responsible for partnering with leadership to ensure successful implementation, technical support, and process improvements. Further, this role provides administrative and project support for Credit Union-sponsored associations, foundations, and affiliated organizations.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities

Service

Project Support
- Assists with sourcing and promotion of foundation, association, and community impact initiatives, events, and programs.
- Assists with coordination of fundraising activities, sponsorships, community partnerships, and volunteer engagement efforts connected to affiliated foundations and associations.
- Coordinates meetings, communications, reporting, documentation, and project activities related to Credit Union-sponsored foundations and associations.
- Develops and publishes website content, event pages, donation pages, registration forms, and promotional materials to support foundation and community impact initiatives.
- Maintains records, calendars, governing documents, and operational materials for affiliated organizations and foundations.
- Manages and maintains foundation / association websites utilizing the designated website builder, ensuring content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with impact statement.
- Manage and maintain social media platforms by developing and executing content strategies, scheduling and publishing content, engaging with audiences, monitoring platform performance, and analyzing metrics to strengthen brand awareness, increase engagement, and optimize online presence.
- Monitors website analytics and user engagement metrics, making recommendations to improve member awareness, participation, and overall digital experience.
- Prepares presentations, meeting materials, agendas, minutes, and executive summaries for foundation and association meetings.
- Provides administrative and project management support for organizational projects led by the SVP Administration.
- Responsible for end-to-end project lifecycle management, from initial concept, stakeholder alignment to implementation, evaluation, and post project analysis to measurable outcomes.
- Serves as an administrative liaison between leadership, association board members, volunteers, community partners, and affiliated organizations.
- Support compliance, reporting, and organizational requirements for Credit Union-sponsored nonprofit and association entities.
- Support the ongoing administration, coordination, and operational management of Credit Union-sponsored associations, foundations, and affiliated organizations.
- Track projects, action items, budgets, invoices, and operational deliverables related to affiliated organizations and community initiatives.

- Maintains working knowledge of Credit Union policies and procedures.
- Completes all other duties as assigned by supervisor/leadership as necessary to achieve the goals of the Credit Union and the department.

Starting pay for successful applicants is generally within the minimum to midpoint of the pay range. Our consideration for pay is designed to support career growth and development over time. Offers extended depend on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to individual experience, knowledge, training, education, geographic location, market demands, and internal equity.

Minimum: $29.34/Hourly | Midpoint: $36.67/Hourly | Maximum: $44.00/Hourly
