What You’ll Do:
- Answers telephone calls and/or passes them on
- Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning etc
- Provide support in finding the qualified candidates for Caregiver positions
- Review large number of resumes and applications
- Screen each resume and applications
- Arrange all telephone/in-person interviews
- Conduct interviews
- Follow up with applicants and assist them in the on-boarding process
- Manage the HR department in maintaining personnel files and assisting to resolve compliance related issues
Who you are:
- Strong and confident communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Shows compassion, patience, and empathy while guiding others through a process
- Ability to take initiative, ownership, and start work without direction.
- Resilient and Persistent in a fast paced, changing environment
