Summary:
The District Sales Manager-Neurology is an integral part of our Eastern region team, driving sales of EEG and EMG
products to private practices and hospitals. With a focus on exceeding sales targets, this role involves building and
nurturing relationships with healthcare professionals while providing exemplary service and conducting
personalized equipment demonstrations.
- ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Drive sales of Natus Neurological EEG products to private practices and EMG/NCV and Neuromuscular ultrasound
products to hospital neurology, PM&R departments, and related offices.
Conduct in-service hardware installations as needed, ensuring seamless integration and customer
satisfaction.
Proactively forecast and exceed sales targets, demonstrating a relentless pursuit of business growth on a
monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Innovatively generate and nurture sales leads, cultivating a robust pipeline through strategic territory
prospecting efforts.
Cultivate and strengthen relationships with existing Natus customers, fostering loyalty and long-term
partnerships.
Employ a proactive approach to account management, utilizing email, telephone, and in-person visits to
follow up and maintain customer satisfaction.
Organize and execute personalized equipment demonstrations for physicians, clinical staff, biomedical,
and IT professionals within the assigned territory, showcasing the value of Natus products.
Utilize Siebel CRM to meticulously track and manage pipeline activity, ensuring comprehensive oversight
and strategic planning for sales success.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth
and improvement.
Provide regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback to sales leadership.
Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and events to network with professionals and promote Natus
Medical's products.
Work closely with internal teams, including sales support, customer service, and product development, to
ensure customer satisfaction and product success.
Stay up to date on industry trends, regulations, and advancements in audiology and balance care to
provide informed recommendations to customers.
All other duties as assigned based on changing market conditions, company, and business needs.
Travel Required: Extensive travel up to 75%.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each

Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor's degree, preferably with a focus on health sciences or marketing.
Candidates with a clinical background within the neurodiagnostic field, i.e. EEG or NCV technologist role will be considered in lieu of sales experience.
Minimum of 3 years' medical product sales experience, with preference given to candidates within the field of Neurology
Strong PC application skills, including proficiency in spreadsheets, databases, and word processing (e.g., Word for Windows, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to travel within the designated district and attend industry events as required.
Familiarity with Salesforce software and sales tracking tools is a plus.
Must live within designated territory due to customer base and travel requirements.
