About the Opportunity
We are currently seeking dedicated Quality Technicians to join a precision manufacturing facility located in Elmhurst, IL. This organization specializes in creating high-end components for rigorous industrial applications, providing a stable work environment, consistent production hours, and clear pathways for professional advancement.
Shift Details and Compensation
We are filling openings for both 1st and 2nd shifts with the following details:

1st Shift: 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM

2nd Shift: 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM

Hourly Rate: $25.00 - $40.00

Additional 10% premium for 2nd shift hours
Core Responsibilities

Conduct thorough evaluations of precision-machined parts to ensure they meet specifications.

Utilize CMM technology to verify dimensional accuracy and ensure high product standards.

Analyze engineering schematics and technical blueprints to guide inspection processes.

Employ precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and various gauges.

Maintain accurate quality records to help drive ongoing process improvements and operational excellence.
