Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Cleaning Service Provider to maintain the cleanliness, sanitation, and overall appearance of residential and commercial spaces. This vital role ensures that environments are safe, hygienic, and welcoming for residents, clients, and visitors alike. As a Cleaning Service Provider, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional housekeeping and janitorial services with attention to detail and a proactive attitude. This position offers an opportunity to work in diverse settings, including homes, offices, hotels, and outdoor areas, contributing to a healthier and more comfortable environment for all.
Duties
- Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks across various settings, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing floors to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items efficiently.
- Conduct detailed sanitation procedures in kitchens and bathrooms to ensure hygiene compliance.
- Manage outdoor cleaning tasks like trash removal, yard maintenance, window washing, and surface cleaning of exterior areas.
- Safely operate cleaning equipment such as floor buffers, carpet cleaners, and manual tools while adhering to safety protocols.
- Maintain organized cleaning supplies inventory and report any equipment or supply needs promptly.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding courteously to client requests or concerns during service visits.
- Follow established housekeeping management procedures to ensure consistent quality across all assignments.
Skills
- Proven experience in residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, janitorial work or hotel housekeeping roles.
- Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including carpet cleaning and surface polishing.
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely while lifting heavy items or moving furniture.
- Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks efficiently within scheduled timeframes.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Familiarity with sanitation standards and best practices for maintaining hygienic environments.
- Outdoor work experience is preferred for tasks involving yard maintenance or exterior cleaning projects.
- Experience with laundry processes including washing machines, dryers, folding techniques and stain removal.
- Knowledge of housekeeper management practices for overseeing daily operations in larger facilities or teams.
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
