What You’ll Do as a Shift Leader
This role is vital to keeping our restaurant running like clockwork. You’ll:

Lead the experience Manage shifts, schedules, and smooth operations

Inspire and empower Coach, support, and celebrate crew members to deliver an outstanding guest experience

Be the culture driver Create a fun, team-first environment where everyone feels respected

Set the standard Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and McDonald’s gold-star service levels
