Collaborating Physician (Texas) – Established Concierge BHRT and Wellness Practice

Compensation: Starting at $200 per meeting (there will be one email meeting per month)
Honored Body Health is a small, established concierge functional medicine and hormone optimization practice seeking a physician with Texas licensure and DEA for a long-term collaborative relationship.
The practice consists of one experienced Family Nurse Practitioner and a stable panel of established patients. We prioritize personalized, high-touch care and are looking for a physician who values a collegial, professional partnership and intends to maintain a long-term collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Serve as collaborating physician in accordance with Texas regulations
- Participate in required quality assurance activities and chart reviews (review and reply to one email meeting per month)
- Support ongoing compliance with Texas collaborative practice requirements
The practice operates with a low patient volume and an established workflow, resulting in a predictable and flexible time commitment.
Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Texas medical license
- Active Texas DEA registration required
- Good standing with the Texas Medical Board
- Interest in functional medicine, preventive medicine, hormone optimization, peptide therapies, or concierge practice models is preferred but not required
- Commitment to a stable, long-term professional relationship
