We’re hiring an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to manage a full
patient panel across our core service lines. This is a clinical leadership opportunity for
someone who already lives in this world — not a training ground for someone transitioning
in.
You’ll own:
Comprehensive bloodwork interpretation and functional/optimal-range analysis (not just
“in range”)
Hormone therapy and optimization for men and women — TRT, HRT, and related
protocols
Peptide therapy protocols: dosing, reconstitution guidance, cycling, and patient
education across metabolic, recovery, cognitive, and longevity peptides
Medical weight loss / GLP-1 management, including titration and side-effect
management
IV therapy and vitamin injection protocols — formulation selection and patient-specificcustomization
Initial consults, ongoing follow-ups, and treatment plan adjustments based on labs and
patient response
Collaborating with our clinical and aesthetics team to deliver a unified patient experience
Staying current on the evolving regulatory landscape around compounded medications
and peptide therapy
Who You Are
Licensed NP or PA in the state of Florida (or eligible for licensure)
Required: hands-on clinical experience in hormone optimization, peptide therapy, or
functional/longevity medicine — this is not an entry point into the field
Strong working knowledge of comprehensive lab panels (hormone, metabolic, thyroid,
micronutrient) and comfort treating to optimal ranges, not just standard reference
ranges
Experience with GLP-1 protocols and medical weight management
Familiarity with IV therapy and injectable vitamin/nutrient protocols
A genuine interest in the longevity and biohacking space — you should be someone who
lives this, not just prescribes it
Excellent patient communication skills; ability to translate complex clinical concepts into
something a patient actually understands and acts on
Entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable in a growing clinic where process is still being
built, not just followed
Compensation & Structure
Base pay (salary or hourly, depending on your preference) plus production-based
commission
Exact base and commission structure will be tailored based on experience, credentials,
and existing patient/referral base — this is a conversation, not a fixed number
Real upside for providers who build strong patient relationships and grow their panel
Opportunity to grow into a larger clinical leadership role as Evolve expands
Pay: $60,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
