We at Libertae are looking for Treatment Technicians for Saturday and Sunday to join our highly successful, dynamic, and growing team. The hours would be 2pm to 10pm or 4pm to Midnight on Saturday and Sunday. They will report directly to the Treatment Technician Supervisor.
The Treatment Technician will support residents through mentoring and modeling responsible behavior, oversee and assist residents' daily activities to include de-escalation of conflicts and basic crisis management.
A routine shift can be filled with non-stop action, meaning: hospital trips, meetings, picking clients up from appointments, taking prescriptions to CVS, greet visitors, etc. There are 60 plus women here and some have children so there is a lot going on. Treatment Techs do hourly checks on all clients and in some cases every 15-30 minute checks.

Libertae is a great place to work if you have a love for women trying to better themselves. Although some days are challenging, for the most part, the women here really are trying to learn how to live again and how to parent. It is up to all of us to sprinkle any bit of positivity we have to offer, and sometimes that looks like just smiling and saying good morning. There is great satisfaction when a client who you have watched struggle, in the beginning, has come up to her 6 months' review and is now graduating.
We are an Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) employer and do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, sex, national origin, religion, age, disability or genetic information.
Pay: $20.00 per hour
