Overview
We are seeking dedicated and skilled Factory Workers to join our dynamic team. As a Factory Worker, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process, ensuring that products are produced efficiently and meet quality standards. Duties
- Operate and monitor various machinery, including CNC machines and milling machines, ensuring they function correctly throughout the production process.
- Utilize logic controllers to program and adjust machine settings for optimal performance.
- Conduct quality control checks using precision tools such as micrometers and calipers to ensure product specifications are met.
- Participate in assembly line operations, efficiently assembling components according to established guidelines.
- Package finished products for shipment, ensuring they are secure and meet packaging standards.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report any significant problems to supervisors promptly.
Skills
- Proficiency in operating machinery and understanding programming concepts is preferred.
