Responsibilities or job duties:
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to determine machine settings and specifications
- Inspect finished products using precision measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers) to ensure they meet required specifications
- Set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines to produce parts
Qualifications:
- HS diploma/GED
- 2 years college/technical school or 3 years related experience/training with proven skill
- Strong mathematic skills
- Ability to comprehend blueprints, sketches, diagrams, operating instructions, and manuals
- Problem solving skills, good communication skills
