Responsibilities and Duties
The Lead Teacher manages all aspects of the classroom setting, including supervision, positive interactions, lesson planning, observation & developmental assessments, and interacting with families and co-workers. S/he works alongside a co-teacher in providing a positive early learning experience for young children.
Qualifications and Skills
- AAS or Bachelor's in ECE
- Current Background Qualifying Letter
- Experience working with Toddlers
- Positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Desire to make a difference in the lives of young children
