Overview
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Baker to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge in baking and food preparation, with a commitment to high-quality baked goods. As a Baker, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional products that delight our customers.
Responsibilities
- Prepare a variety of baked goods including baked goods, pastries, and cookies according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure all food handling and safety regulations are adhered to while preparing and storing ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils.
- Monitor inventory levels of baking supplies.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new recipes and menu items that align with customer preferences.
- Assist in catering events as required by preparing large quantities of baked goods for special occasions.
- Reliable and willing to learn
Experience
- Previous experience in a bakery setting is preferred.
- Proficiency in baking techniques and knowledge of food production processes.
- Familiarity with food safety standards and best practices in food handling.
- The ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers.
- Experience in baking or pastry arts is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings or weekends as needed.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
