We are looking for an experienced GM candidate to come into a Burger King restaurant and revitalize it with strong leadership, thoughtful team building, inventory and labor management principles and overall a charismatic and customer service oriented style of leadership. If you have 2+ years in BK management but not necessarily GM, you will be given a two week hands on training to get you ready to take the flame!
Duties
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including kitchen management, cash handling, and food handling.
- Manage and lead a team of employees, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain efficient operations.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Create and maintain a positive work environment, fostering teamwork and employee development.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and initiatives.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products.

- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food industry.
- Strong knowledge of kitchen management, cash handling, and food handling procedures.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to effectively manage shifts and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using POS (Point of Sale) systems.
- Knowledge of hospitality industry trends and best practices.
- Experience in catering or hospitality management is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
