Responsibilities:
As a Caregiver with Nana’s Home Healthcare, you will provide assistance with daily living while preserving each client’s independence and well-being. Duties include:
Personal Care & ADLs
- Assistance with toileting, bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Support with daily routines and independence
Meal Support
- Plan and prepare nutritious meals
- Encourage and assist with eating as needed
Companionship & Engagement
- Offer emotional support and social conversation
- Encourage participation in indoor and outdoor activities
- Accompany clients to appointments or community outings
Home Support & Safety
- Light housekeeping and environmental upkeep
- Monitor for safety risks and report concerns
Medication Reminders & Errands
- Prompt clients to take medications as scheduled
- Provide or arrange transportation for errands and appointments
Requirements:
- Minimum age of 19 years old
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Reliable and insured vehicle
- Minimum 2 years of caregiving experience
Schedule:
We offer flexible scheduling options including weekday, weekend, and evening shifts. Shifts will be assigned based on availability and client needs.
