About the Role
As a CNC Laser Technician, you will play a critical role in our production facility by transforming raw metal sheets into precise components. You will leverage your technical expertise to optimize machine performance, ensuring that every cut meets rigorous quality standards and contributes to our overall manufacturing efficiency.
Responsibilities-
Configure and manage high-precision laser cutting equipment, specifically Amada systems, to meet production schedules.

Execute daily startup and shutdown protocols to ensure equipment reliability and longevity.

Utilize forklifts to safely transport raw materials and finished goods throughout the production floor.

Interpret complex blueprints and technical drawings to ensure exact part specifications are achieved.

Conduct thorough quality inspections using precision tools like calipers and micrometers to verify dimensional accuracy.

Perform preventative maintenance and maintain a clean, organized workspace to support operational safety.
Qualifications-
Proven ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and job orders.

Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments and basic shop mathematics.

Experience operating industrial machinery, with a strong focus on safety protocols.

Comfortable using computer interfaces for machine control and data entry.

Ability to pass a comprehensive skills assessment covering measurement, inspection, and problem-solving.

Two or more years of hands-on experience in a laser cutting or metal fabrication environment.

Valid forklift certification or documented experience in material handling.
