We're a family-owned pet food manufacturer producing high-quality products for brands across the pet food industry. Our facility is busy, fast-paced, and team-oriented. If you like working with equipment, solving problems, staying active, and seeing the results of your work at the end of the day, you'll fit right in.
As an Operator, you'll play an important role in keeping production moving safely and efficiently. Your day may include:

Adding palatants and color dyes to finished product

Operating a forklift to move finished totes to the warehouse and packaging areas

Moving oils and other materials throughout the facility

Setting up and calibrating pumps for each production run

Adjusting cooling towers as needed

Recording production information and printing labels
-
Monitoring internal communications for changes to production runs

Weighing totes that have been reworked

Cleaning totes and assisting with equipment cleaning

Participating in dry and wet equipment cleans

Helping cover breaks and supporting teammates when needed
No two days are exactly the same. You'll stay moving, work with equipment, and be an important part of keeping production on schedule.
1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM
2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM-10:30 PM
+$1.50/hour shift differential
3rd shift: Monday-Friday 10pm-630am + $3.00/hour shift differential

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Prolonged periods of standing and walking through the factory.

Ability to safely climb and descend stairs and ladders as required to perform essential job functions.

Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times.
