Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that all guests receive outstanding service in a friendly and efficient manner.
Duties
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system.
- Provide detailed information about menu items, including daily specials, to enhance the guest experience.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring proper presentation and temperature.
- Monitor guest needs throughout their dining experience, responding promptly to requests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service areas, and the dining room.
- Assist with bussing tables and resetting them for new guests efficiently.
- Follow all food safety guidelines and sanitation procedures to ensure a safe dining environment.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or as a server is preferred.
- Ability to operate a cash register and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest services.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Team player with a positive attitude who can work collaboratively with others.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
