At Coydimaco, we’re redefining how architectural glass and window systems are sold — and we’re looking for someone ready to take ownership of the Calabasas market.
This is not your typical sales role.
We’re looking for a Territory Sales Manager who wants to build something of their own — someone who will take full responsibility for growing and managing a high-potential territory.
You’ll lead the entire sales process — from first contact to final close — working with homeowners, architects, designers, and developers across Calabasas, Woodland Hills, Malibu, Encino, and surrounding areas.
We bring the brand, infrastructure, and operational support.
You bring the drive to build and scale the business.
What you’ll do:
- Run in-home and on-site consultations to design custom glass, aluminum, and architectural solutions
- Manage the full sales pipeline from first contact through project completion
- Build relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and real estate professionals
- Hit monthly sales targets and grow your territory revenue consistently
- Own your schedule and operate your territory like a business, not a job

You’re a great fit if you:
- Have 2+ years of experience in consultative sales (glass, windows, construction, interiors, real estate, or similar industries)
- Think like a business owner, not an employee
- Are self-motivated and capable of building a book of business from scratch
- Have strong consultative selling skills — you listen, analyze, and recommend solutions
- Live in or near Calabasas / San Fernando Valley
- Have a valid driver’s license
Compensation:
- Base draw + commission on closed projects
