Pay: $18.50–$23.00/hour + Quarterly Bonus

As an Inventory Associate, you play a critical role in maintaining compliance, accuracy, and organization across all inventory operations. Your work ensures product integrity, regulatory compliance, and a consistent experience for both the team and customers.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against manifests

Identify and report discrepancies, damages, or compliance issues

Accurately log all products into METRC upon receipt
- Maintain accurate inventory tracking and reconciliation

Ensure compliance with all state cannabis regulations

Keep inventory records audit-ready at all times
- Organize, label, and store products safely and efficiently

Maintain clean, compliant, and well-organized storage areas

Monitor product quality and report any concerns
- Support inventory forecasting and product availability

Improve operational processes for efficiency and accuracy

Collaborate with team members to maintain workflow consistency
- Must be 21+ years of age

High school diploma or equivalent

1+ year of inventory, warehouse, or related experience (cannabis experience a plus)

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Comfortable using inventory systems and technology

Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Willingness to complete required compliance training and background checks
- Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods (8+ hours per shift)

Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 25–50 pounds

Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and perform repetitive tasks

Ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated environment

Ability to work in storage and back-of-house environments
