QUALIFICATIONS

Previous color guard, dance, or related experience preferred

Previous coaching or instructional experience preferred

Ability to work effectively with high school students

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to coordinate with school staff regarding shared facilities and schedules

Must meet all Centerville-Abington Community Schools employment requirements
RESPONSIBILITIES
-
Organize and conduct practices
-
Teach color guard skills, routines, and choreography
-
Prepare and supervise students for scheduled performances and events
-
Promote teamwork, responsibility, and good sportsmanship
-
Maintain appropriate communication with students, parents, and school staff
-
Coordinate use of shared school facilities as needed
